In case you havent snagged a copy already make sure you pick up Ken Budd’s The Voluntourist book that was just released. Some great lessons, anecdotes and storytelling that everyone from the first time traveler to seasoned voluntourism organization manager can enjoy!

I am always a bit suspicious of these type of books as I feel they are often written for the benefit of the writer and not the audience but on your recommendation…….
Sounds like he should have some interesting perspectives to share with all of that experience volunteering abroad!
